Job Description

Foreword Companies is seeking a seasoned Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. We are seeking highly motivated inspaniduals, who are ready to be a part of a Sales team that is revolutionizing an industry.

Foreword Companies is the online leader for purchasing commercial doors frames and hardware.

If you love consulting and calling warm and hot leads selling to businesses, we look forward to speaking with you! We are NOT a telemarketing company, and we DO NOT MAKE COLD CALLS. Candidate will go through a sales training course and CRM training to gain knowledge of using our systems and learning how to sell our products. Warm and Hot Leads come directly from the customers who go online and request quotes.

Responsibilities

  • Making outbound warm and hot lead sales calls
  • Responding to incoming calls
  • Ensure a positive, high quality customer experience through all interactions
  • Reviewing and revising customer quotes
  • Taking/processing customer payments
  • Meeting sales objectives and customer satisfaction excellence

Skills/Experience

  • Experience using a CRM
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize workload
  • Sales experience in a call center setting
  • Clear, professional communication (verbal and written)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Excellent attendance

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, with a strong focus on customer service and sales.
- Proficiency in telemarketing, negotiation, and B2B sales, with a background in technology sales and CRM software.
- Demonstrated ability in time management, business development, and outbound calling.
- Experience in warm calling, marketing, and utilizing Salesforce for inside sales operations.

Payment Details

$ 60000 paid on per Week basis
